We
adopted Ellie in February. I felt like the entire experience was
a leap of faith despite the great references I obtained. I was
apprehensive to welcome a puppy into our home that we had never
met, but at the end of the day, her story touched our hearts
and so we took the leap. Ellie has adjusted beautifully to our
home. My two daughters adore her. She has turned out to be such
a sweet, lovable companion. I’ve shared our story with anyone
who will listen and am proud of our decision to take a chance.
It was a great decision for Ellie and for us. Kerri Niemiec /

Hello
GDR, I can't tell you how much we love this dog! Kia was raised
with so much care and is so balanced! Your foster families
deserve to be commended on their wonderful work, it truly shows!
We are so very happy! Thank you for everything. I would love to
write something about your organization and our amazing
experience! Debbie Holmes / Sandy Hook, CT

We love BOTH our Good Dogs!
We
adopted Eddie from GDR in 2007 and Bailey joined our family this
past January. We can't thank God Dog Rescue enough! You have
filled our home and life with such beautiful dogs as Eddie and
Bailey. We can't imagine life before these dogs.
I
think the wonderful volunteers who open their home to these dogs
as they wait for there forever homes, makes all the difference
in the world and why they are so well adjusted and why you guys
fit the dogs so well in their new homes. Thank you and God Bless
the work you all do! Carla Hoffman / East Longmeadow MA

Tucker is here, he’s doing great and couldn't possibly be loved
more. He has settled in beautifully. He is the perfect blend of
spunk, energy and mellow. He is very well behaved and is a
complete joy. He obviously had a wonderful early upbringing with
you, Margo! Thanks so much GDR, we love our Tucker puppy!

Just
wanted to let you know that Chloe has made a beautiful
transition to our family. She’s the sweetest dog I’ve ever known
and so smart too! We have already fallen head over heels in
love with her and I think the feeling is mutual. She seems so
happy, loves her crate, our yard, goes potty in a special “area”
and enjoys her meals too. We couldn’t be happier! Leslie

We adopted Keeto through GDR in Sept 2009. He is the light of
our life and a major part of our family. He has lots of friends
around the neighborhood due to his joyful personality and he
enjoys taking hikes, visiting the farmer's market, and going for
car rides around town. He even attended a dog wedding a few
months ago! He has become so popular that he even has his own
Facebook page! He brings joy to every day, and we can't imagine
our lives without him nor can we imagine that someone could
allow him to end up in a shelter in terrible condition. Thanks
so much for everything you do to save dogs like Keeto. We know
it took many wonderful volunteers to find him the right home and
we are very grateful. Elizabeth Heehan / East Windsor, CT
